We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful-everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist. The shuttle was amazing and pick-up and drops offs were right at the entrance of the hotel. There were some negative reviews that kind of scared me about staying here, but after staying here I have no clue what the negativity was about? The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and I'd definitely stay here again.
The hotel & staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful christmas decorations everywhere. Cute princess and dragon story written on the walls and carpet for you to find. My grandchildren got to feed their baby duck on property. Food was great in the store. Breakfast buffet is good. And the best part was, they have a shuttle that takes you right to disneyland and the california park.
We stayed at this hotel 3 nights inlcuiding christmas night! We had a very good stay. Yes, the building is old, but everything was very clean and well maintained, which for us was the most important thing. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, especially during Christmas time. There were Christmas trees everywhere, a fireplace, and lovely holiday decorations that made the atmosphere feel warm and festive Our room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathroom also has an older style, but it was perfectly clean and in great condition. We didn’t eat at the hotel because we had read that it was expensive, but the room had a small refrigerator, which was very convenient for storing our food and drinks. The free shuttle to the parks works perfectly and is a huge plus. It made everything much easier for us!!!! For the price, this hotel is a great option. Yes, it’s old, but it’s not ugly at all! and most importantly, everything is clean and well taken care of. Definitely coming back!
This is our second time staying here, we love it and will exclusively stay at the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel from now on. The shuttle service is AMAZING!!! The shuttle service and the parking alone makes this place absolutely incredible. It is so cute on the outside and is a very homey castle vibe. We ate at the bistro after a long Disney day and it definitely satisfied our hunger! They have a buffet and normal dinner service until 10pm. The rooms are cozy with a magical forest theme. It’s not a Hilton or a Hyatt, it is more family oriented and isn’t super fancy. It meets all of your needs, the rooms are clean and smell fresh, and the hotel staff are very kind. We will be telling all of our friends to stay here!
My daughter and I come to Disney every year and this will be our first time staying at the Majestic. Today, I was having a major meltdown moment looking over the details of our trip for February. I called to ask a few clarifying questions. I first spoke with Allen and he transferred me to Adam (Asst. Manager) I have to say that the experience I had was beyond the above and beyond!! Adam was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I would recommend this place 100x’s over! As a business owner, I am keen on customer service and people being REAL people. I also love that it is not owned by a huge chain so booking on their DIRECT site is the best way to show your support - while taking advantage of all of the amazing things they have to offer!! Wonderful hotel to stay with children. The Disneyland shuttle is an amazing time saver. The restaurants at the hotel have great service and delicious food. Fast check in and a wonderful lobby. Can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the pool area too. The only thing I would like to add is the ability to use my streaming services on the tv in the room. Will definitely stay here again on our next Disneyland visit. Highly recommend
Such an amazing time here at the Capri suits. The room is spacious and super clean. Not to mention the managers hospitality is impeccable. With the free breakfast, they served waffles, eggs, sausage patties bagels and some more yummy options. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
Ideal place to stay to visit Disney. Free shuttle every half hour was convenient (we also walked to Disney Downtown the first night, which was a little long but doable). You can see the fireworks perfectly from the bus stop at the edge of the property, as the friendly receptionist let us know. The staff were great. The rooms were a little older, especially the bathrooms, but perfectly adequate, and the rooms were more spacious than a typical hotel with lots of nice little design choices (wallpaper on one bedroom wall with a subtle forest pattern we loved, curtains and headboard on the bed gave it a royal feel). The grounds were also well landscaped and enjoyable to stroll the koi pond, gazebo, and rose garden.
